About Granthick
I am a final year engineering student studying at the University of Bristol on track to receive a first and received A*A*AA in A-Levels. I have a lot of experience in tutoring over the last 8 years, dealing with a range of students with a range of capabilities. I give targeted help to ensure that the student is pushed to their individual boundaries to get the grades that they are capable of getting and overall achieving their full potential.

I am a strong believer that lessons should be tailored to a student and their strengths. I make sure to communicate with the student in order to understand how they learn and adapt to their needs. A typical lesson lasts between 1-2 hours and begins with a recap of any work of the previous week's lesson as well as any work I may have given them. The lesson proceeds by continuing on the next topic or focusing on any specific content they may be struggling with. I believe that as well learning the content, exam technique is just as important and must be practised and I give lots of practice material for a student to practise on. I have been teaching for the last 8 years as a private tutor with many of my students receiving A-A* in their A-Levels or between 8-9 in their GCSEs. I primarily focus on GCSEs and A-Levels but have been happy to help with entrance exams and interview practice as well.
