About Oliver
First and foremost I am a very friendly outgoing person. I have played sports to a very high level all my life which his massively developed my communication skills which are invaluable in teaching. I am very patient and understanding as well as being very organised. This will ensure my lessons are always well prepared and tailored to the students. Finally, I achieved the top grade in all my GCSEs, received A*s in Maths and Further Maths A Level and am studying Maths at one of the best universities for this subject in the country showing that I am more than capable in the field and am suitable for tutoring all levels of Mathematics.

I will work closely with the student in line with the work on the syllabus. A typical lesson will include a short activation/revision exercise that primes them for the topic we will cover. I will then slowly feed in harder questions with examples that I have prepared before the lesson before tackling more challenging/exam-style questions. Leaving them with a few questions to try outside of the lesson to make sure they have thoroughly understood the concepts we focussed on in the lesson.
