About Sanchana
I am a final year student of the arts, majoring in psychology, sociology and economics, each of which I’m extremely passionate about. Teaching I believe, is an art that requires emotional intelligence, willingness to learn and to change, careful curation of content and most importantly making sure that the person on the other end walks out of the room with significantly more knowledge than what they walked in with in a way that works for them. The subjects that I’m looking to teach are subjects I actually enjoy learning so you can be well assured that your learning is going to be smooth sailing ;you might start even loving the subjects (in case you already don’t.) I can assure you that my teaching will be student centric while also doing my part in pushing you to broaden your comfort zones. Although I am just starting out, I am sure that I will aide your gaining of knowledge to the best of my capabilities.

A student centric personalised education in order to cater to each individual’s unique needs is what I believe is essential for a bright and diverse student population, and most importantly for individual development in whatever facet the individual wishes to be better at. I ensure that my prep for each class is focused on what the student wants and requires out of each class through careful and constant construction, evaluation and reconstruction of the curriculum and my teaching methods. My classes are predominantly intended for high school students but middle school students requiring help in any of the subjects (English, Psychology,Sociology and Economics) are more than welcome to contact me.
