Hi!
Thanks for checking out my profile - I believe that if you are looking for a professional and friendly tutor who gets results then you have come to the right place.
A little bit about me:
I am a graduate of the University of Warwick and also London Business School (ranked #1 in Europe at the time), after which I moved into the world of investment banking, working in equities at JP Morgan. After a number of years in finance, I decided to look for a different type of work where I'd be able to more personally connect with and help other people. By coincidence, it was around this time that I started tutoring a family friend in Maths and English. I immediately fell in love with the job and decided to do it full time.
Having grown up the son of a diplomat, I spent my childhood living in a variety of different countries including Japan (where I was actually born), Germany, Luxembourg, Bolivia, and Azerbaijan. My mother is from Chile, and I can speak conversational German and Spanish.
In 2016 I moved to Tokyo where I worked as a full-time private tutor (approximately 30 hours every week) until 2019 when I returned to the UK. My students were mainly the children of British and American expat families, who needed a helping hand with having the right grades, perfect essays, and top performances on entrance exams for the top schools and universities back in the UK and USA. My past students have successfully gained admittance to the top UK private schools, Russell Group UK universities and Ivy League universities in the USA.

I have had success with students aged 5 - 18 in a variety of different examinations, as well as generally keeping their grades as high as possible throughout the school year. I can also help any older professionals who are applying to Business School with their GMAT preparation (on which I scored in the 98th percentile) and application essays.
