About Manthan
Hi! I'm Manthan, an alumnus of the University of New South Wales (UNSW), holding a double degree with a Bachelor's of Commerce and Mathematics majoring in Finance and Statistics. Prior to this, I was the dux of my high school with an ATAR of 98.75. I am currently working as a Financial Planning & Analysis professional. With over 4 years of tutoring experience, I am eager to help my students achieve success. My HSC credentials include: - HSC Chemistry 94 - HSC Ext 2 Mathematics 93 - HSC Ext 1 Mathematics 98 - HSC Physics 89 - HSC English Advanced 85 Over my academic and professional journey, I have developed a strong understanding in mathematics and finance, leveraging a variety of experiences. I aim to share my love for mathematics with my students, helping them not only excel in their academic life but also gain an appreciation of the subject.

I teach all ages of Math from year 1 to year 10 (For all levels). My lessons run for 1 hour and are catered towards each student's needs. I look to ensure that my students are first and foremost comfortable with their current curriculum/topic being studied at school and then strive to push further to get an advantage and excel in their studies. Typically, we would start the lesson with building a strong theoretical foundation and really understanding how mathematical rules and formulas are derived. From here, we will move on to some example questions that we can go through together to provide a base format for how a student should structure their answers. It is not just about how you get to the right answer, but also how you present it! Once the student has gained a strong grasp, we will move on to some more challenging questions helping the students go to that next level. The lesson will also cater for any doubts, questions and concerns the students may have. With my extensive HSC, University (Curricular and extracurricular) and professional experience I would love to my students realize their full potential and attain their goals!
