About Helga
I graduated from an Academy of Arts and have a strong foundation in classical drawing and painting.
I have over 25 years of professional experience in visual arts. My approach is practice-based: I help students understand form, composition, light, colour, and visual thinking through hands-on exercises. Lessons are tailored individually — whether the goal is to learn basic drawing skills, develop artistic confidence, or improve visual perception.
I believe the key to teaching art is recognising a person’s individual artistic language and developing their strengths accordingly.
I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and needs.

I have professional experience working as an educator in a nursery setting, where I supported children’s learning and development through structured and creative activities. This role gave me a strong understanding of how people learn, how to explain concepts clearly, and how to adapt teaching to different ages and abilities.
