About Maya
I am a 23 year old Biology Graduate living in London preparing for my veterinary medicine application later this year. I have a passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring young people, specifically about science-related subjects. I have previously tutored in a school as a science tutor and academic mentor and so have a great appreciation for the struggles faced my many students in class. I enjoy providing 1-to-1 tuition where I can give a student my full attention and work with them to understand their needs and help them gain in their abilities and confidence. I am based in London and have 300+ hours of tutoring experience.

Once I have gotten to know a student I aim to personalise all my lessons to their needs and learning styles and enjoy seeing them gain in confidence. I usually tutor for about an hour and love to make each lesson as engaging as possible for each student. I am available to tutor all the Sciences to student preparing for their GCSEs and Biology to A-Level students and also have experience tutoring younger students.
