About Sophia
Young professional working in the energy industry with a First Class degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham. I have 5 years of experience tutoring Maths at KS3, GCSE and A-Level at Kumon and have also privately tutored Chemistry GCSE. To date all of my students have achieved grades A/A*/8/9. My tutoring approach is centred around fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter and developing problem-solving skills. I break down complex concepts into simpler, more manageable parts. Each lesson is designed to be 1-2 hours long, allowing time to cover key topics, address questions and review progress.
