About Bronte
I am a dedicated, passionate and supportive tutor with an infectious love of learning, with over 6 years experience in tutoring. Graduated with a double first class degree in Psychology and Philosophy from New College, Oxford, where I was awarded an academic scholarship. I cherish the education I have received and recognise its fundamental importance in the person that I am today. It is for this reason that I love being a tutor and instilling the same love of learning in my students so that we are not only getting through what they need to, but enjoying it. Outside of tutoring, I work as an actress and have a deep passion for the arts and theatre.

I greatly enjoy working with students over time to build strong and trusting tutor-tutee relationships and help them to gradually improve and reach their potential. I cherish the education I have received and recognise its fundamental importance in the person that I am today. I think it is really important to recognise that each student works differently and so I strive to find the best way of working for them and to develop practices that they can take with them for the rest of their academic career. I like to identify the students' strengths and use them to boost their confidence and apply them to areas that they find more challenging. I tend to suggest an hour or an hour and a half session on average. However, I have worked with students for up to six hours during peak revision periods. I have a first class degree in Psychology and Philosophy I tutor across a range of stages from students in year 7 doing their first exams and homework to students at A-level and applying to University.
