About Sonia
As a tutor, I take the utmost pride in creating a friendly and positive rapport with my students. This means that the lessons flow seamlessly as the student is not hesitant to ask questions or challenge themselves with harder questions – something that they may be hesitant to do in a formal educational setting. I cater every lesson plan and style of teaching to be bespoke for each student as I believe learning is a very unique experience.

I have experience in working with a variety of students of different capabilities that all have slightly different methods of learning that I ensure are catered to.
Worked examples and past paper centred approach to teaching which I believe provides my students with the correct skills to answer questions independently and most importantly confidently in a classroom and exam setting.
Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills to ensure each student feels they are getting the most out of every lesson.
Ability to identify individual developmental needs and implement customised mentoring to help students master new and potentially difficult skills.
