About Patrick
As a First-Class Physics Master’s graduate and former teacher, I teach because I am passionate about uncovering the 'why' behind the science. My approach is centred on creative, live demonstrations that transform abstract equations into tangible reality. I believe that understanding the historical context of learning—how these great discoveries were actually made—helps embed knowledge and adds to an appreciation for what Science really is.
By fostering an environment of curious question-asking, I help students move beyond rote memorisation towards true conceptual mastery. Having taught in elite London sixth forms, I am dedicated to bringing that same level of inspired, high-impact education to the Sheffield community at the Zest Centre.

I am a First-Class Physics Master's graduate and former teacher with experience in elite London environments like Harris Westminster. My lessons at the Sheffield Weekend School (Zest Centre, S6) are specifically designed for GCSE and A-Level Maths and Science (Physics specialist) students.
I use a high-impact, small-group methodology that prioritises active problem-solving over passive listening. Each session (60 minutes) focuses on mastering complex concepts through creative visuals, engaging demonstrations and rigorous problem solving. My goal is to make 'Elite' level teaching accessible and affordable for local families, ensuring every student builds the confidence needed to secure top grades.
