About Karl
I am a personal trainer with a background in strength and conditioning for various sports. I have a first class degree in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. During my final years at university I provided tutoring to many first and second year students in a range of subjects including physiology, biomechanics, psychology, rehabilitation, coaching and training methods. I have practical experience in coaching many sports, personal training, performing at an elite level of sport.

I am a very open tutor who will get you actively involved in the learning process. I give lessons to anyone who wants to learn more about physical education and all it encompasses from GCSE to A-Level to University under graduate level. I approach each subject simply at first to give a basic understanding of it then progress to more detail from there. I believe the best method to learning is to understand the fundamentals well and work from there.
