About Carrera
Hello! I am Carrera, a first year Durham University student studying Natural Sciences. Having completed my A-levels recently, I am still very familiar with the A-Level Biology course and I have always had an immense interest in the subject. I received an A* in my A-levels for Biology and I also received a 9-9 for Combined Sciences at GCSE, demonstrating that my passion for science is longstanding! I look forward to helping others further their understanding of a subject which I have a great appreciation for.

My approach to tutoring A-level biology is bringing my interest for the subject to every lesson! I will adapt my style of tutoring to each individual in order to explain concepts in a way that helps their understanding. I intend to take each lesson at a pace which suits the student, if we need to look back on an idea from the beginning of the lesson then we absolutely can!
Incorporated into my lessons will be exam questions pertinent to the topic we have been learning, this is to help integrate exam technique into the sessions and increase familiarity with the wording of exam questions.
