About Vincent
Vincent P.,
After 4 years of young firefighters, I have been a volunteer firefighter for 2 years.
In sports study, I am a high level practitioner.
I adapt my diet and my daily life to this intensive practice of sport!
My ambition is to reach special forces units in the army and I've been working for this for years! [N ] Young (18 years old) and dynamic, you will love my workouts if you like to surpass yourself!

Perfect! Merci Vincent ! Grâce à lui, j'ai pu atteindre mes objectifs et ainsi prendre de la masse ! Poli, motivant et passionné c'est un réel plaisir de me faire coacher par toi ! Il est également flexible au niveau de ses prix !!
On se revoit mardi pour un nouveau cours ;)Perfect! Vincent est un coach attentif et passionné. Je suis actuellement en coaching avec lui pour m aider annonce retrouver le physique que j avais avant le confinement. Vincent me fait pratiquer le CrossFit au travers des séances personnalisées. Je suis tout au fait satisfait d ce qu il me proposeet je continuà suivre son coaching.
