About Fatima
My name is Fatima and I am 18 years old. For as long as I could remember, English and History have always been my absolute favourite subjects in school. I always enjoyed my English and History lessons as I ended up having a grade 7 in GCSE History, grade 8 in GCSE English Literature, and grade 6 in GCSE English Language. I now get to study History further as this particular subject is a colossal part of my university course. My activities outside the academic world include going to the gym and hanging out with my friends.

My lessons consist of reading a text and breaking it down by annotating it. I also use my whiteboard to help students get their notes down, which will help them to improve their understanding. I also work on how to write high-grade essays and look over my students’ essays and point out what was relevant in the essay and if there is any room for improvement. In my lessons, teamwork and collaboration are essential due to collaborative work allowing students to support each other’s work and therefore improving together.
