About Bradley
I’m an 18 year old sports enthusiast, participated in provincial hockey and athletics tournaments. Since very small have been in love with training and bodybuilding, it is something that can make your physical and mental healthy feel amazing. I have just finished school and an hoping to go to university to study health sciences.

To explain things in a calm and clear manner to make sure everyone understands while also using visual aids and showing my learners how to do things. Patience is extremely important and being able to understand the speed at which people retain the information. Ensuring that my students ask questions is also of vital importance.
