About Furkan Alp
I am 25 years old. I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years and I have been teaching as an expert. On top of that, I did not read a department in the style of physical education, but I developed myself by gaining knowledge and experience. I have been working in the gym for 4 years. I specialized in one-to-one training. If no gain is made, I can refund the money.

I teach my lessons depending on the student's body fat ratio, weight, height and blood values. I do not risk anyone's health. I can create an extra nutrition program if desired. In the first month, 3 days a week will be enough, but then it continues as 4.5 a week.
