I am a student in Hamburg / I have been vaulting for 16 years, since 2014 also in the performance area / Since 2015 I have been training at home in addition to regular training and have been able to acquire a lot of knowledge / I have been giving vaulting courses for several years, both for children and for older people

In 1-hour fitness courses, I always like to start with a short warm-up. This will take a few minutes. We stretch there and do some small exercises. This is followed by 2 blocks with around 20 exercises. Working time mostly 45 seconds, breaks 10 seconds. Finally, there is a burn out with endurance exercises and a cool down with stretching.
