About Andrew
I have worked in the health and fitness field for the past 10 years in various capacities. My previous employment includes: Adult and Youth Recreation Coordinator, Personal Fitness Trainer, Adjunct Professor FAU, High School Health and Physical Education teacher, soccer coach. I have recently become certified through Yoga Alliance as a CYT-200, am a regular meditator, NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and NSCA - Certified Personal Trainer.
