About Ikenna
I’m a young adult who has always had exercise in his life. From rugby, football and badminton to 100’s of push ups, squats and floor dips a day. Besides exercise itself i partake in piano playing, reading and catering to my separate business in my spare time.

In my lessons I aim to demonstrate first and foremost the importance and effectiveness of calisthenics. I will test the limits of the people i work with and push them to greater heights of endurance. Using calisthenics they will partake in muscle training and body discipline.
