I work as a freelance circus artist, have completed a 4-year degree in this area and have already had several years of professional experience as a trainer in various areas such as acrobatics, handstand acrobatics, strength training and stretching. I would be happy to design a personal training plan with you, tailored to your goals.

I design my lessons very individually and therefore recommend individual courses instead of group lessons. I can adapt the training to you and we can work on your personal goals (muscle building, general fitness, flexibility etc.). Classes will take place online via Skype or another video call, I will show you all the exercises or show a suitable video as an explanation.
