About Darielle
I'm studying to be a teacher for math and English, and I've always done a lot of different sports. In November I will start my training to become a licensed trainer and I'm planing to add Sports to my subjects at University. I myself do outdoor fitness training several times a week, go jogging regularly, climb or boulder 2-4 times a week and am currently learning to dance hiphop. So far, I have professional experience only in the educational field as an educator and supervisor, but have always planned and managed sportive activities and excursions in the facilities I worked for with young people and children as well as with adults.

I work with a mixture of endurance training and Tabata Training, which is made up of various exercises that are performed briefly and intensively, and short breaks. Before the training, there is a varied warm-up, followed by a small stretching unit in the cool down.
