About Charlize
I am an athlete myself and would love to share my passion with others. I have been in the fitness industry for 4 years. I have helped many people meet their fitness goals and I want to help more people meet their fitness goals. I am a Cross Training coach at my local Cross Training and I am an Cross Training athlete myself. I am constantly expanding my knowledge and doing courses to make sure I can deliver the best results to my clients.
