About Leroy
I am a fitness enthusiasts you loves to push people to there limits. I currently have no degree but play club rugby as well as training in combat sports. Thus I have a great knowledge regarding aerobic and strength training.

My teaching method is of world class technics and experiences. I base my classes from home anytime, anywhere for my clients. Classes will consist of 1hour and will be decided into 4 split sessions. Four 5 min breaks will be included in the hour session to rest heart rate.
