Hi! Flexible and easy going English teaching as a Foreign Language. !

Methodology

My Teaching methodology comes from being myself a 'life-long-learner' always allowing student-centred learning. Its an hybrid style allowing my own other interests and students into the lessons. With some of the facilitator style, encouraging students to question therefore encouraging self-discovery and enhance problem-solving.
I create small groups of three or four students, and they answer the questions in those small groups first, ensuring all students have an opportunity to participate. I've noticed better comprehension ,speaking and listening skills. Student-centred tutor-groups works better fro me —creating thought-provoking questions straight to the point .

Experience

• Over 10 years experience of building capacity for under-privileged youth and young adults. Building skills while instilling confidence , problem-solving and taking responsibility for letting potential unfold. Highlights are training and motivating my groups of experienced staff in the U.N. multi-cultural setting to the level of advanced I.T. professionals. Also teaching Special Educational Needs (S.E.N.) students to the level of GCSE
