About Xin Yi

Hello there! My name is Xin Yi, currently an undergraduate in University College London. Having learnt both English and Chinese since young in Singapore, I can relate to the difficulties of having to pick up a second language. This is especially the case if your first language is not Chinese. I hope to be able to make learning this language an interesting and enriching experience, and help you in any way possible! Being someone patient and understanding, I would definitely cater lessons to your needs and mastery of the language.

About the lesson

- Focused on gradual exposure to the language, starting from the very basics.
- Can customise lesson plans and additional resources based on your needs
- Patient and understanding

Typical length: 1-2h

Experience: Peer tutoring in High School

Target audience: those who would like to pick up the language / beginner and intermediate learners.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, Recipient of the Chinese Language Elective Scholarship in Singapore , Graduate from one of the top high schools in Singapore
