About Juan
I was born in Colombia and moved to the United States when I was about 3 years of age. However, I have always spoken Spanish at home and continue to do so which has allowed me to consistently work with the language. Additionally, I have taken Spanish courses and interacted with the language on every academic level. I began my academic endeavors with Spanish in middle school where I went through the International Spanish Academy during my three years. In high school, I took AP and IB level Spanish courses throughout my four years and finally, took courses ranging from Cinema to Journalism in Spanish during my time at Syracuse University during my undergraduate studies. I have a wide range of experience in the language and am open to helping you improve and achieve your goals with Spanish.
