About Joy
I have been studying music at the conservatory for 12 years. I started my learning journey at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music and completed 12 years of recorder and 9 years of flute (which I am pursuing in France, preparing my 3rd cycle).
I played with different ensembles and orchestras, and taught music (the basics, music theory, solfeggio ...) and / or the recorder with students of all ages (children, teens, adults). These experiences allowed me to acquire essential skills such as patience, active listening, and adaptability to the needs of my students, especially beginners.

During the first course, you will share me about your needs and expectations, we'll set your level, and we'll start with the basics or continue from where you left off. If you find yourself comfortable and feel like this is the right course for you, I will offer you different working methodologies:
- A "standard" progression, structured and inspired from different beginner books and my previous students' feedback. It mixes all genres of music
- The progression of a book that you have chosen yourself, if you have specific preferences or you want to continue where you left off
- A tailor-made program that aims to meet your expectations, your needs and your favorite styles.
Whatever method you choose, I will still be open to your proposals, and you can always change your mind.
