About Oluwabumi
I am a food technologist who graduated from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba Lagos. I am based in Lagos, Nigeria. I have worked as a senior production supervisor at Sweet Sensation Confectionery for 4 years. I have taught nutrition as a subject (and other related subjects like home economics, home management, and catering craft practices) in many secondary schools for a total period of 10 years within Lagos and Ota in Ogun State. Presently, I am offering a 3-month course on making pastry snacks.

I am a HND graduate from a school of Technology (Yaba college of technology, Yaba Lagos), so I use practical/demonstration approach for my lessons. Also, for my class entry behavior, i use pure but simple interactive method - question & answer approach to carry my students along effectively.
