Methodology
My training method is based on allowing you to learn how you want to learn and to also learn by trying new things and problem solving what went wrong when mistakes happen. Also like to create a fun environment where students are happy to learn.
Experience
Coaching for 3+years for different teams and coached ages 3-18 years old. University degree in sports coaching and learned from professional coaches during my university course. Learned a variety of different modules in my university course including psychology, physiology, decision making, anatomy and biomechanics, psychical education and physical activity.
