About Varle
I’m Varle Deelip, a Yoga Instructor and B.Sc. Yoga Therapy student at S-VYASA University, Bengaluru. I have 11+ years of yoga practice and 5+ years of experience conducting online yoga sessions for national and international clients.
I specialize in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Kids Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. I also have 1 year of Yoga Therapy internship experience at S-VYASA.
I am a 2-time National Gold Medalist (2024 & 2025) and Khelo India Bronze Medalist (2025). My teaching focuses on personalized, safe, effective, and practical yoga according to each student's needs.
