About Michael

i am a Taekwondo coach in Nigeria with over forty years experience in the martial arts. I teach the theory and practicals of Taekwondo at the national institute of sports in Nigeria. I train coaches who train athletes and have trained many athletes including Chika Chukwumerije an Olympian.

About the lesson

A Taekwondo coach and teacher. My lessons will be beneficial to both kids and adults who want to know more about the theory and practicals of Taekwondo. By teaching i make it pleasantly easy for all to learn. My teaching technique makes it easy for Taekwondo enthusiasts of all stages to learn even with fun.
i start from the simple to the complex maintaining a balance between simplicity and the sublime. Recently i have been teaching the physically challenged (para-taekwondo).
