It is a cost-effective workout solution that can be done anywhere, and the equipment required is minimal. Things you will learn: 1) Basic skipping i. e, jumping consistently 2) Crossovers: Crossing your arms over each other as you jump over the rope. 3)Jumping jacks with the rope. FITNESS: Everyone has gotta take fitness seriously. Regular exercise helps maintain a healthy weight and also helps us increase our lifespan.
