About Jana
During my university studies, I started giving classes at a language school in Prague. As the number of my students grew, I decided to become independent and developed my own little business teaching languages. Since then, I have worked with about 40 students, with most of them on a long-term basis.
I studied English and French linguistics at Charles University in Prague and moved to France to study History at Ecole Normale Supérieure last year.

My main focus in teaching has always been on individual one-to-one classes, which, in my experience, provide the most effective progress. The content of the classes, the learning method and the pace are fully adapted to the needs and wishes of the particular student.
The focus can be put on conversation, writing, grammar, business language, preparation for language exams or on another domain. I also offer classes for total beginners.
The first meeting is unpaid with the goals of finding the best way for you to learn, deciding upon learning materials, frequency of the classes, location etc. I am available at all times to respond to any question you might have concerning the learning process.
