About Phoebe
I studied maths, biology and chemistry at A-Level and now study forensic science at Nottingham Trent. I have been tutoring for around 2 years and have previously tutored students in maths and biology, namely allowing a student from Spain with no formal education in maths to get into college.

I am comfortable giving lessons to students of varying abilities, from primary to A-Level. After working out the areas within which the student needs help, I would start with some theory in the area and then go on to work through examples and give them questions to complete, marking them and providing any improvements to them after. I believe that practice questions and understanding how to answer them and what they are asking, matched with a competent understanding of the theory is the key to achieving good results.
