About Isabella
I swam competitively for years. I specialized in the 1650, 100, 500 meter freestyle as well as 100 and 200 meter backstroke and butterfly.
As a teenager I began to coach our junior program, specifically working with children aged 3-6. We focused on learning how to swim efficiently, treading water, and graduating to our senior swim program. After I graduated, I was an assistant coach to our senior team. Our team is the most winning team in NVSL history and focused on competition but also fun. I have taught over 150 private lessons throughout my career.

I have been involved with swimming since a small child. I started competitively swimming as young as 8. I specialize in distance swimming (freestyle), backstroke, butterfly, and technique. I can meet with you at a pool of your choice or over the phone. Over the phone, I can offer race strategy, customized practice sets, or technical advice on your stroke.
I am here to help you most importantly and would love to be a part of your swimming journey.
