About Jacob
Originally a Registered Dietitian I was attracted to the real world application of chemistry within our bodies and the world around us. I believe that understanding why we do things and how things work allow us a true education that can transfer into any career. I work hard to ensure you learn and succeed but also know why and how you can use your knowledge.

My approach is collaborative and empathetic with an emphasis on understanding root principles. I will typically set a clear agenda of what we'll cover, gain buy-in from my students, and set time aside for real-world/career application.
I'm great with middle and high school students struggling or looking to learn at a faster pace.
