About Rachel
I have taught middle high students and have nearly 2,000 hours teaching yoga to stroke survivors who are usually permanently disabled. Your learning preferences are safe in this space. I maintain firm teacher/student boundaries at all times and let the student guide the pace and style of learning.

Reading with ease can really make a big difference in the quality of your learning. Combining the science of yogic wisdom with reading/writing/SS tutoring.
With a bachelors in elementary education emphasis on literature and American history combined with a E-500 hour yoga teacher my teaching style includes a more easeful approach to learning and comfortable environments with needed breaks.
A lesson plan with me is personalized to your needs and what you as a student are hoping to learn from me or actually with me along side you as a guide.
Breathing techniques are recommended but not mandatory.
