About Sheldon

I started a high school basketball team from nothing. With the help of my partners we grew it from four guys working out in a barn to a middle school / high school basketball empire.

That means nothing without the mental processes we had to learn to get there. Most of my teaching revolved around the mental side of the game, as well as becoming great at the basics.

Whether your journey is basketball or any other competitive sport, I would love to be a positive voice in your journey.
