About Haikel
Meet Coach Haikel Bannouri Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to serve as Head Coach in several clubs across Quebec and British Columbia, where I led both recreational and competitive programs. What I’m most proud of isn’t just the medals or the skills achieved—it’s the trust I’ve built with my athletes and their families. My coaching goes beyond technical correction; it’s based on connection, respect, and consistent communication. I take time to understand each gymnast’s personality, goals, and learning style. I believe that when a child feels seen, valued, and safe, their progress becomes unstoppable. My relationships with parents are rooted in transparency and teamwork—we work together to support their child not only in sport, but in confidence, discipline, and joy. As a leader, I also take pride in mentoring young coaches, building team spirit, and creating a training environment where everyone feels inspired to grow.

Meet Haikel Bannouri
Online Coach – Gymnastics, Stretching & Movement for Life
In my 12+ years as a gymnastics coach and former international athlete, I’ve worked with kids, teens, adults, and athletes from all walks of life. What I’ve learned is simple but powerful:
People don’t always need more exercises—they need someone real in their corner.
We live in a time where you can find every workout online. But motivation? Real support? A coach who sees your potential even when you’re tired, stuck, or doubting yourself?
That’s what makes the difference.
My vision of sport and movement is not about perfection—it's about progress. It’s about building a body that feels strong, flexible, and confident, while also building a mindset that says: “I can do this.”
