About Theo
I'm a Former International Swimmer with an MSc Sports Science, the Co-Owner of Swimsanity and Owner of Swimwitheo2. For the last 18 years, I'm running private swimming lessons for all levels in London and I've been using my swimming and coaching experiences to help swimmers reach their full potential. In the past, I've worked with many companies, clubs and coaches (Olympians) and I have developed a very effective method of teaching/coaching, different to the mainstream, with a lot of focus on technique, body posture and balance.
