About Tariq
Hi I’m Tariq. I was born in the UK and have lived and worked here all my life. I have previously worked as a lawyer and over the years, I have delivered short training courses and mentored junior colleagues. I have excellent speaking and writing skills and now wish to help others improve their use of and understanding of English. I am TEFL qualified and have been teaching adults since 2024.

I am a former lawyer and a TEFL qualified English language tutor. I have been teaching English online to adult intermediate and advanced learners from around the world. Each lesson is one hour. I can work on your grammar, pronunciation and expand your vocabulary or if you just want a general conversation to improve your language fluency then we can do that too. I can also help with Business English such as conducting meetings, negotiating, and job interviews. If you want to learn about UK culture and British idioms, then we can have a lesson just on that
