About Vay
I have been giving lessons to three close friends of mine for as long as I have been producing, being six years. Each one of them has gone from being a total beginner like I was when starting out to achieving local radio play via the BBC.

My artist name is, 'The VayKation'. I like to teach via practical instructions and very much enjoy having the student as being the basis for the lesson, rather than teaching in an authoritative way which leads to restricted learning. In other words, I tend to take on a more exploratory approach with some relevant step-by-step guidance along the way.
