About Hanya
I am a former professional handball player and an all time fitness enthusiast.
I specialize in body weight functional training.
As a cherry on top, I am a junior doctor; I know how the body works, and what it needs to maximize its potential while keeping it healthy and refreshed.
I have also played swimming, tennis, gymnastics, basketball, horseback riding, pole fitness, aerial hoop, zumba, and yoga.
