About Erin
I have two Bachelor of Science degrees from The University of Texas at Austin in Radio-Television-Film and Communication Studies. I earned a Master's degree in School Counseling from The University of Texas at Tyler. I have worked in education for the last 10+ years starting as a substitute teacher, teaching Speech, 10th, and 12th grade English, and Debate, then becoming a school counselor who specializes in college counseling. I have been tutoring since 9th grade and am certified in EC-8 all subjects.

When I work with students I try to guide them to the answer, never give them the answer. I follow their lead on what assignments we need to get done. I am a fairly laid back tutor, but I do not let students slack off or not work when we are together. I try to be respectful of our time and of their (or their parents') money.
