SP is new to me but I have self coached myself and some of my college friends to great personal success and achievement. My knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body and the absolute essentials of muscle building are more than adequate due to my study of sport both in college and out.

I am a student athlete. I study at A level (bio, psych, eng lang and sport) whilst being committed to becoming an elite road cyclist. Before my racing endeavors, I focused hard on building an aesthetic physique. I offer FREE in depth but easy to understand, personalized online training programmes with 24/7 personal contact.
