When I coached/trained a football team, I focused more on the human side of the game instead of tactical. I’d believe that social competency are much more important than the usage of a specific tactic. Hence explaining my skills in men management because I’d believe that good men management results in good morale which will then lead to bringing the best out of every individual/player
