About Althea
Teaching has always been my passion, and it is a delight to facilitate language learning through fun, engaging lessons. One of my strengths is breaking down complex concepts, enabling students to remove invisible barriers to learning and enjoying the subjects.

You will be taught through actual classroom lessons aligned with the UK curriculum. Each lesson can be 45 minutes to an hour long, depending on the student's needs. I have taught secondary languages since 1988. I also have primary school experience. My preferred age is 11 to 16 (KS3 and KS4).
