I know how to adapt to the level and needs of the learner, whether he prefers grammar or oral expression. For grammar, I favor the identification of grammar points in texts, then the explanation of the rules in a clear way before encouraging the learner to use the point in writing as well as orally. These grammar point explanations can be given in French, Spanish or English, depending on the learner's desire. For written comprehension, I prefer texts offering a rich and varied vocabulary as well as interesting grammar points. For oral comprehension, I use youtube a lot, which offers videos from all over the world and therefore guarantees a wide variety of accents. For children, we will learn French through play and, if necessary, by repeating concepts that are initially simple and then more and more complicated.
