About James
I am a French MA graduate with teaching experience in the college classroom and real world work experience in the French workplace. I graduated in 2018 with my Masters in French after serving as a Teaching Assistant during my tenure in grad school. After graduation I accepted a position teaching French 2 at the University of Louisville. My students enjoyed my teaching style and much of my feedback included the words "fun" and "engaging". My students performance saw marked improvement over the course of each semester that I taught.

My teaching method is essentially to make my textbook fun. I like to use tried and true methods of teaching and follow both textbook and curriculum, as I did while teaching at University. I will always maintain however that fun and real world application are essential to holding students' interest as well as to their knowledge retention.
